The Creative Media Lab at Potter’s Clay equips students with the skills to create, produce, edit, and share meaningful content through modern media.
This program focuses on the art and craft of visual storytelling, where students learn the foundations of filmmaking, camera work, lighting, sound, and post-production. Through hands-on projects, students will develop both creative vision and technical skill, working with industry-standard tools to produce content such as videos, reels, and podcast segments.
As students progress, they will move beyond creation into digital publishing and real-world application: learning how to build and maintain a YouTube channel, develop consistent content, and understand the foundations of freelance media work.
Whether behind the camera, in the editing suite, or directing a project from concept to completion, students gain practical experience and a strong creative voice, preparing them for future opportunities in media, communication, and storytelling.
