In this fun and engaging course, students in late elementary and middle school dive into the world of art, exploring the elements of art and principles of design using a variety of media, including acrylic paint, watercolor, colored pencils, oil pastels, collage, 3D materials, and mixed media.
Students build confidence in their art through step-by-step projects, practicing their painting and drawing skills, learning new techniques, and sharing their work both in class and at art shows throughout the year. This class is the perfect way to kickstart their creative journey and unleash their inner artist!
