In this fun and engaging course, students in late elementary and middle school dive into the world of art, exploring the elements of art and principles of design using a variety of media, including acrylic paint, watercolor, colored pencils, oil pastels, collage, 3D materials, and mixed media.
Students build confidence in their art through step-by-step projects, practicing their painting and drawing skills, learning new techniques, and sharing their work both in class and at art shows throughout the year.
